Yeah. I like it. Definitely better than Arrow or The Flash.
Nice and dark in places and The Penguin is amazing. As is E. Nigma. Really like his little appearances.
Not sure about Catwoman and the introduction of other characters as kids like Poison Ivy but we'll see how it plays out. |

Most recent Banshee feels like a homage to Assault on Precinct 13.
Brilliant stuff.
First 2 episodes of Better Call Saul were amazing too. |

Yeah, good call on the Assault on P13 homage,decalaced...what a blast of an episode that was...non stop action and fun...that show is such a great throwback to the over the top excessive action shows of the 70s and 80s...I can wait for eacj new episode to get here...
Saul episodes were a lot of fun...especially the second one where things really get going...nice to see a lot of the Breaking Bad type landscapes and visual flare...should be a very solid series... |

Cool. Could do with some weird tv
Lack of action in this thread kinda reflects the quality of tv at the moment.
Besides Game Of Thrones and Penny Dreadful there's not a lot going on.
Not been a decent new show in a while. |

It's on Netflix UK. I'm still not sure how to describe it or if I like it, but it is fucking weird. |

I think I'm going to give up on it. Matt Dillon can't act for toffee, his family annoys the fuck out of me and while the story is intriguing i don't think it's a patch on Twin Peaks and it feels to me like `big network trying to be mainstream weird'.
Now the new season of Hannibal on the other hand started off pretty nicely. |

Yeah - first episode sucked me in but I can see how it might fall apart pretty quickly. |

Yeah I did enjoy the first episode but it just fell flat on its face for me afterwards.
Apart from the last episode, the French show The Returned did something similar much better. |

I'm still enjoying it and I have read that apparently there will be a big reveal in this upcoming episode...so I will at least hang in for that... |

I've just started on Mr Robot and American Crime. Both look pretty good.
Rectify has just finished its 3rd season. Simply the best show on tv by a mile. |

I watched the first two episodes of Mr. Robot and it's really entertaining. Will have to finish that.
Narcos, the new Netflix show (premieres August 28th) is about Pablo Escobar and stars Wagner Moura and is directed by Jose Padhilla, whose names you should recognize if you enjoyed the Brazilian Elite Squad movies. It's getting good reviews and I can't wait to check it out. |

5 episodes into Mr. Robot and really enjoying it.
Also on deck is the new David Simon mini-series, Show Me A Hero.
And I'll be checking out Fear of the Walking Dead. |

Show Me a hero is very good...what you would expect from a great mind like Mr. Simon...
Fear the WD was ok...slow start to what I believe will turn in to a good series..
Dennis Leary's new show Sex and Drugs and Rock n Roll is a blast...funny as shit show about an decadent aging rock star...especially fun for Afghan Whigs/Greg Dulli fans as their are numerous references and cameos(Dennis Leary and Dulli are old friends) |

The last man on earth. Pretty funny but god Kirsten Schaal's voice is annoying (just like in Bob's burgers)
First episode of Blindspot. Not sure about that yet, very Memento like and pretty weak characters. |

New series of Ray Donovan is insanely good. Hard to think of another show as good at the mo.
Halfway through Mr Robot. Like the way the tech stuff is pretty realistic for a change. Story is decent enough. Well worth a watch. |
