the way mharris does his electronic music retains the qualities of industrial i.e. employs abrasive electronically-processed live sounds and electronic noise. even some of the techno shit, though a lot of that type of stuff is sequenced too neatly to really qualify as industrial per se. he'll generally retain an element of the messy electronic quality as originally laid out by musique concrete and expanded upon by the various waves of industrial artists. the last good solid dub-informed industrial scorn album was the weakener album.
