| On Roadburn they did Selfless (sans Go spread...) and played Messiah and Merciless as encores. And it was an excellent show, just sayin'. |

It was much less "rock" than their last time through (AWLOBF tour), and quite hypnotic. The Post Self material got the most enthusiastic response from the fairly large crowd (aside from Like Rats & Streetcleaner, of course), which was cool. It's still odd to see JKB flipping hair around, though. Benny's bass was massive and growly as always. I might try to see them again on the west coast later in the year if my travel schedule aligns. |
