It Follows. Great horror movie, really well made and suspenseful, with a pervasive sense of dread throughout. |

LIned up for the rest of the weekend:

Martin Sheen at his best. |

I need to watch that.
Just finished Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers. Yup. As bad as the title suggests, but entertaining nonetheless. |

Nothing wrong with a bit of early nineties softcore. Odd movie but still enjoyable. |

going on a suggestion from Boyd and Friends, giving Fortitude a whirl.
2 episodes in and not entirely sure what to make of it yet, but the scenery will keep me going if nothing else. |

Ex Machina
- Superb. Lovely slow paced sci-fi with a really awesome soundtrack. Kinda predictable but really enjoyable.
It Follows
- Not what I was expecting. Enjoyed it but not worthy of the hype. Loved the fact that for a movie about a sexually transmitted curse there wasn't much/any sex in it. AND the fact that loads of the scary bits happened in daylight. Nice ending. |

The quest for badness continues:
Samurai Cop. Pretty bad, but very funny in its badness
The lost skeleton of cadavra. Movie from 2001 but a very authentic lovely remake/pisstake of fifties science fiction. |

I watched this on both your recommendations, the night before going to Czech republic for a week with a couple of friends. we spent most of the time shouting "oh my god, i've found my dad!" at each other |

I saw the trailer for Ant Man in while at the cinema fro Mad Max Fury Road (cool film) and Terminator Genisys (really good, very well done in my opinion) and I really cannot see why any one would want to go and see that. It looked fucking awful.
Sorry Golz , but meh to the extreme. |

No, not joking. I mean, yeah, there are a few problems with it regarding the complexities of time travelling and paradoxies of "wait, if they go forward in time and haven't boffed yet, can that dude actually have been born yet?!?!?" headaches, but ya, it was cool. |
